Fred W. Kile was appointed Vice President of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Compliance for Siemens Water Technologies in January 2001, after having served as Corporate Director of HSE since 1994.

After joining USFilter in January, 1992, with the acquisition of Alcoa Separations Technology, Kile developed and integrated the safety and environmental management function for the company. He now has responsibility for managing the safety and environmental compliance of the USFilter operations, which includes nearly 6,000 employees.

Kile received a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University. Prior to his employment with USFilter, Kile held positions in safety and environmental compliance with Alcoa Separations Technology and Illinois Water Treatment Company. He is located at the Siemens Water Technologies facility at 4669 Shepherd Trail, Rockford, Ill. 61103.
