AquaCarb® Granular Activated Carbons for Liquid Phase Applications

Aqua-Scrub™ Low Pressure Liquid Phase Adsobers

The Westates™ brand Aqua-Scrub™ carbon adsorbers are designed for use in low flow and low pressure applications. The Aqua-Scrub models can be cost effectively used in applications including: groundwater remediation, wastewater filtration, tank rinse water treatment, pilot testing, underground storage tank clean up, leachate treatment, dechlorination and spill cleanup.

Arsenic Removal with GFH® Media

GFH ferric-based Media is used in an adsorption process to remove arsenic and other heavy metals from treated wastewater and drinking water supplies. Pre-oxidation is not required for arsenic removal applications. Once the media has exhausted its adsorption capacity, it is removed from the vessel and replaced with new media. The simplicity of this process with single use media is very attractive for small installations and wellhead applications especially where no treatment currently exists.

Bag Filtration, Filter Bags and Housings

Custom Sulfuric Acid Feed Skid

The Sulfuric Acid Feed Skid is engineered for dual chemical feed applications. The skid is designed with two primary DC motor driven pumps and a third backup pump. A flow sensor monitors the discharge of each pump. A visual alarm is activated with loss of flow of either pump. Under no flow conditions, the automatic switch over circuit opens the proper motorized ball valve and energizes the output to power the backup pump.
