The series of dosing controllers consists of the SBOX, the NBOX and the IDA.
The SBOX allows users to create a daily chemical dose curve that is delivered by the chemical pumping system. Storage tank level and process temperature can be inputted into the SBOX.
The NBOX takes signals of flow and temperature and delivers an optimized chemical dose curve based on those variables. Tank level, dissolved sulfide and H2S gas are other inputs that can be used with the NBOX. The process and dosing data are stored in the unit and have the capability of being viewed on the internet. The NBOX can be adjusted remotely using a modem.
The IDA combines the functionality of the SBOX and the NBOX and also allows for customized programs to be used in the dosing scheme.
