J-Mate® Continuous Dryer

The J-Mate® continuous dryer further reduces sludge volume and weight using infrared heat.

With the J-Mate® continuous drying system, you can:

  • Use gas or electric infrared heat for rapid, effective water removal.
  • Achieves both a weight reduction as well as a volume reduction.
  • Process between .75 ft3 and 6 ft3 of filter cake material an hour.

When the J-Press® filter press and continuous J-Mate® dryer are used in combination, you can achieve a volume reduction of 80:1.
