The complete line of PFT standard sewage siphons are available from Siemens.  This is the original "Miller" design and is used alone or in combination to move sewage from a septic or settling tank to a sand filter, sand bed or tile field.  Four standard sizes, ranging from 3" to 6", are available from stock.
