Pioneered by Microfloc in the 1960s, Tube Settlers changed shallow depth sedimentation theories of the time.

  • Allows thinner materials without compromising strength
  • Low overflow rate per square foot of tube module
  • Smaller basin area required
  • Improved effluent water quality
  • 12 square foot water settling area per square foot surface area
  • Used in our package plants these create small compact efficient treatment systems

Microfloc®Tube Settlers can be installed in new basins to minimize size or in existing basins to increase flow capacity and effectiveness of treatment.  Tube settlers are shipped in blocks for installation on a simple support structure.  Round or rectangular basins can benefit from the design.

Large Installation Base:  Since their introduction in the 1960’s, there have been nearly 1,000 installations.
