We have developed a unique process that allows waste fluids,specifically pit water, produced water and frac flowbackfluids, generated in the normal course of drilling, completion and production of wells to be reused for numerous applications.

These applications include reuse for subsequent frac jobs, as a dust suppressant, agricultural irrigation and initial surface hole drilling operations. Each of the various water sources require a unique treatment scheme in order to accomplish these objectives which are tested in the onsite laboratory and proven in field applications. The treatment systems are designed by our engineers to assure adherence to client specific "Recommended Reuse Criteria". Remote Data Monitoring System We use a revolutionary Remote Data Monitoring System, consisting of satellite transmission of information generated onsite to all client verified users. The treatment trailer is equipped with SCADA packs that store data from over 18 monitoring points within the treatment train. These monitoring points are viewed on a PLC monitor in an environmentally safe control room by experienced operators. The data is transmitted at predetermined intervals via satellite to the website where it can be viewed at any time, day or night. Additionally, the technology allows us and/or the client to perform trend analysis by graphically depicting various parameters. Viewing data from a remote location provides clients with up to the minute information pertaining to operational efficiency and potential cost savings. Treatment Applications - Frac Fluid Reuse
