In 2008 FCC Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A. purchased Hydrocarbon Services from Siemens Water Technologies Corp. and formed FCC Environmental.  Prior to that Hydrocarbon Services was owned by US Filter which was bought by Siemens in 2004. US Filter had made a rapid succession of acquisitions related to the Hydrocarbon Services business. PORI International and Mobley Environmental Services in February and May 1997, respectively, and Eastern Oil and Alpha Omega Environmental Services, later in the fall of 1997. The acquisitions continued in 2001 when US Filter purchased Procycle then subsequently purchased International Petroleum and Magnum in 2002. Since that period of rapid growth a stable business platform has been developed and implemented to consolidate the different businesses into a highly profitable and successful organization. Today FCC Environmental is dedicated to the same high level of service you have come to know and respect.
