Our EZ3 System is a skid-mounted chemical metering package designed for maximum reliability and convenience. Utilizing reliable LMI chemical metering pumps, the EZ3 is easy to install, operate, and maintain. The system comes complete and is ready for service upon delivery.
Multiple pump configurations are possible. Standard versions provide a common spare for each main pump. A control box will allow for a 4-20 control signal to be switched from either main pump to the common spare at any time. This is ideal for dual chemical systems which require a single pump redundancy. The system includes on-board chemical injection and a calibration system to optimize feed rates.
