The Phosphoric Acid Feed Skid is designed with two (2) LMI metering pumps connected to a common suction. A flow senor monitors the discharge flow of each pump. A visual alarm is activated with loss of flow. In addition, the automatic switch over function transfers chemical feed output to the backup pump with a loss of flow indication.
