Chemtube® 2000 Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pump

Wallace& Tiernan® Brand Chemtube 2000 Hydraulically actuated tubular diaphragm pump is designed for long service under the most severe conditions. It offers accurate metering of a wide variety of chemicals for most process applications.

A robust compact epoxy-painted cast iron gearbox features liberal use of heavy duty parts. The liquid end uses two diaphragms to isolate the process fluid from the hydraulic fluid. An internal pressure relief valve protects the pump drive and piping components from an over pressure condition that could be caused by a blocked discharge line or a closed valve.

The Chemtube® 2000 can be control either by varying the stroke length or stroke frequency. The following control schemes are available: Manual or remote manual control; start-stop control; flow proportinal control and residual compund loop control.

• Optional TFE-lined tubular diaphragm for metering harsh or corrosive chemicals
