The SFC electronic package is used when a single measurement is required and can be supplied with optional control functionality. The MFC electronic package is used when multiple analysis with control functionality are required. Either electronic package provides a user friendly display and touch pad with historic data trending available right on the display. The units can be easily configured for different operating ranges, alarm setpoints, and display information.
The new Micro/2000® analyzer configurations are very versatile, accurate, and reliable on-line instruments for the continuous measurement of oxidant residuals. The operating design of the well proven Micro/2000® residual analyzer has not been changed, but the measurement module is now available as a separate wall mounted flow cell package with a choice of upgraded electronics. The measurement module utilizes the universally accepted amperometric type measurement.
The measurement module measures free and total chlorine residual, chlorine dioxide, ozone or potassium permanganate residuals in potable water, primary or secondary treated waste water or cooling water. The Micro/2000® measurement module is able to measure low oxidant residuals down to 1 ppb.
Residual measurement ranges are from 0-0.1 to 0-50 mg/L. Accuracy is 0.001 mg/L or 1% of full scale whichever is greater. Continuous operating range is 100:1 for each measurement range.
