Fred W. Kile was appointed as Compliance Officer for Siemens Water Technologies in March 2008, after having served as Vice President of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Compliance since 2001.

In this role Kile is responsible for assuring Siemens Water Technologies compliance globally, including accountability related to all Siemens Water Technologies employees, customers and suppliers.

Kile has been with the company for more than 23 years.

Kile received a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University. Prior to his employment with Siemens, Kile held positions in safety and environmental compliance with Alcoa Separations Technology and Illinois Water Treatment Company. He is located at the Siemens Water Technologies facility at 4669 Shepherd Trail, Rockford, Ill. 61103.
