Peter J. Davis became the designated counsel for Siemens Water Technologies in April 2007.  Davis joined the company in February 2001.  Prior to joining the company, Davis spent several years in private practice focusing on transactional work, general commercial matters and representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy reorganization proceedings.  Davis also served as an in-house lawyer for a Fortune 500 steel company, as well as for a start-up airline.  Davis served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gustave Diamond of the United States District Court in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

Davis graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1989 and has been practicing law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania since that time.  He is located at the Siemens Water Technologies corporate headquarters at 181 Thorn Hill Road., Warrendale, PA 15086.
