Arrowhead Industrial Water, with headquarters in Lincolnshire, Ill. was purchased from The BFGoodrich Co by USFilter Corporation in 1995.  The purchase added the company's build-own-operate and mobile water treatment services to USFilter's "one-stop-shop" for water treatment.  The acquisition included branch locations in Milpitas, Los Angeles and San Diego, California and Columbus, Ohio.  

In 1994, USFilter was purchased by Siemens and became Siemens Water Technologies.
