On March 6, 2007, the headworks product line of Siemens Water Technologies was acquired by WSG & Solutions, Inc. of Chalfont, PA. The new company will continue to provide the same service and products to the water and wastewater marketplace. Wiesemann Customers: Due to the headworks divestiture, Siemens Water Technologies is unable to provide further support for aftermarket requests or assistance on Wiesemann brand headworks screening, grinding and screenings compaction units, previously sold by Wiesemann Engineering, Wheelabrator Engineered Systems, Inc., Wiesemann Products, USFilter CPC Wiesemann Products group and USFilter Envirex Products.
