1905
Toronto operations established.

1944
Chicago facility lost in a fire.  Headquarters move to Toronto (Ajax, Ontario).

1973
Company acquired by D. Hutchison.

1999
March, company acquired by USFilter.  The Perrin and JWI filter press lines were integrated to produce a filter press with the best of both brands.

2001
All records were moved to Holland, Michigan, and Ajax, Ontario plant was closed.

2004
USFilter purchased by Siemens Corporation and becomes Siemens Water Technologies Corp.
