What is S3?

S3 technology from Siemens is a patent-pending, revolutionary technology that means Start, Stop, Sanitize designed for pharmaceutical water generation systems. The S3 technology consumes significantly less water and energy and produces significantly less wastewater compared to conventional systems - translating into major operating savings and more environmentally-responsible, energy efficient manufacturing processes.
 
The S3 concept is simple. Conventional water systems recirculate during periods of non-use for microbial control.  In comparison, the S3 system stops operating during dormant periods and uses a thirty-minute heat sanitization cycle on a regular basis to provide superior microbial control.
