Mobile flotation for oil/water separation
	Our mobile flotation systems float solids, oils and other contaminates to the surface of liquids. Once on the surface, these contaminates are skimmed off and removed from the clean water phase. The 20,000 bpd FracTreat™ mobile flotation system is a mobile version of our Veirsep™ system, comprised of an inlet centrifugal coalescing device, influent and effluent surge compartments, three flotation chambers, an oil collection paddle skim system, Brise™ DGF pumps for recycling fluid and generating varying micron size air/gas bubbles, as well as all required control and operational accessories.

	Several oil field proven technologies have been combined into a single package which reduces installation and start-up costs and promotes rapid and continuous treatment of flowback and produced water to keep pace with your production. These technologies include automated chemical feed systems, staged reaction and flocculation chambers, clarifier and clearwell.

Mobile pilot plant for process optimization
	Not all produced waters are created equal. Our mobile pilot unit includes small scale flotation, sedimentation, filtration and membrane separation process units in a single, 40-foot container, used for the evaluation of various treatment technologies on specific water sources. The pilot unit can be used to demonstrate process capability prior to full-scale assets being deployed.

Operation and service contracts to keep you on track
	Siemens offers customized Service Contracts and Preventative Maintenance Agreements for the continuing service and routine maintenance of your system.
