The Wallace & Tiernan® Brand Encore 100 Diaphragm Metering Pump combines the robustness of hydraulic diaphragm drives with the unparalleled economy, simplicity, and serviceability of mechanical diaphragm liquid ends.
The Encore® 100 is a mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump. Its robust gear box and precision engineered liquid end are less sophisticated then hydraulic diaphragm pumps but is just as durable.
Repeatable accuracy is +/- 2% of full scale, at constant hydraulic conditions. Feed rate is infinitely adjustable from 0-100% over a 10:1 range. This is extendable to 20:1 when utilizing an optional variable speed DC motor.
Control modes for the pump are manual ; start stop control; remote manual; SCR variable speed; flow proportional; direct residual and compound loop.
Materials of construction are an epoxy painted cast iron gear box, PVC liquid end adapter, PVC or optional Kynar pump heads, clear PVC, gray PVC or Kynar suction and discharge valves, valve balls of 316 SS, TFE, ceramic, glass and polyurethane(for slurry service). valve seals are hypalon, EPDM and viton. The diaphragm is TFE-faced, fabric reinforced, elastomer backed. The pump is UV resistant.
