Laboratory Capabilities include a complete in-house dewatering testing laboratory to determine the best solution for each customer application. We also have pilot rental equipment available for those customers who prefer to test on site. Our complete technical laboratory is widely acclaimed for its astute ability to determine the proper physical/chemical techniques that achieve efficient dewatering processing of customer materials. This laboratory is available for continuing analysis prior to regularly scheduled maintenance visits to determine what adjustments, if any, may be needed due to process changes.

Engineering Capabilities include 24 employees all with CAD licenses, six solid modeling licenses, FEA (Finite Element Analysis) capability, four PE licenses and ten degreed Engineers.

In-House Manfacturing Capabilities provide maximum efficiency in scheduling, allowing us to meet your requirements.  Manufacturing space makes up 125,000 square feet of the total 145,000 square foot facility.

Welding Capabilities include over 25 welding machines capable of meeting AWS D1.1 structural codes for FCAW and GTAW, and pipe welding to ASME - Section 9 code.

Cutting and Bending Equipment include, among other things, 10-foot shears, 10-foot press brakes, 10-foot by 25-foot CNC plasma/oxy-acetylene system with 8" thickness capability, and fully automatic band saws.

Machining Capabilities include CNC boring mills with "X" axis movement up to 234 inches and "Y" axis movement of 103 inches. In addition, numerous other machining centers and CNC lathes provide unsurpassed machining capability.

Finishing and Final Assembly Department includes paint booths of 75-foot length, plus complete sand blasting and paint preparation areas for both airless and HVLP painting.

Material Handling Capabilities include a total of 45 cranes ranging from one-quarter ton capacity to a 50-ton bridge crane with 30 feet under the hook.

Parts Capabilities include a large stock of filter press and dryer parts. Most parts are available for global shipment within 24 hours.

Field Service Capabilities are provided on all of our equipment including start-up, training and maintenance. We also offer preventive maintenance contracts for those customers who desire such regular service.
