The FlexLine™ fine bubble diffuser’s tubular shape produces a broad envelope of bubbles that greatly increases transfer efficiency and improves mixing. Its open-end design allows water to completely fill the support tube, eliminating buoyancy and diffuser bounce.
FlexLine™ diffusers are 24“ long and have 8400 bubble producing “I” slits which are able to realize a flow range up to 7 CFM and still maintain high oxygen transfer efficiencies and low head loss. This can substantially reduce the number of diffusers required thereby providing a more economical installation. The flexible membrane sleeve expands to produce fine bubbles then contracts immediately sealing itself when the air supply is stopped. This feature dramatically reduces the chance for backflow of solids to clog the diffuser.
- Two air channels fill sleeve completely with air; when air pressure is removed, sleeve contracts, sealing off air distribution chamber and eliminating backflow.

- A ¾” stainless steel nipple ensures a strong connection between diffuser and header, eliminating chance of breakage.
- Channeled passageways allow water to completely fill the support tube, eliminating diffuser buoyancy and joint stress.
