The Tow-Bro® Unitube header provides the ultimate in rapid, uniform removal of final clarifier flocculent sludges. It can be installed in a new facility or retrofit for better performance in an existing one.
The Tow-Bro® Unitube sludge removal header has a rectangular shaped arm with a tapered design for a uniform withdrawal velocity to prevent build-up in the header or orifice clogging. This unique design, proven in hundreds of installations as well as in exhaustive testing programs, assures effective results, simple operation, less maintenance requirements, and substantial construction and energy cost savings.
