Siemens Water Technologies offers a variety of filter cartridge replacements to meet specific configurations and filtration needs. The Hydrophobic PTFE vent filter cartridge is rated at 0.01 µm absolute filtration removal. The design eliminates the need for a filter housing with a convenient 1/2" NPTM threaded inlet that screws directly into a 1/2" NPTF bulkhead fitting. These hydrophobic expanded PTFE membranes are fully validated by bacterial challenge test methods and feature a thermally-bonded polypropylene cage hich eliminates the need for adhesives and thereby ensures low extractables.
