Mobile Demineralizer Trailers
For over 30 years, Siemens Water Technologies has met the temporary and emergency treated water needs of our customers using mobile demineralizer (DI) trailers.

A reliable and extensive service network, an ever-expanding trailer fleet and strategically located regeneration facilities allow Siemens to effectively serve our large North American customer base. Mobile demineralizer (DI) trailers are ideal for zero-discharge and seasonal treated water needs. There are several mobile demineralizers trailers to choose from:

MT 5500 – This is the most versatile DI trailer, configured with six vessels – typically 2 SAC - 3 SBA - 1 MB. Each vessel holds up to 100 ft3 of resin for a nominal capacity of 5 million grains. Depending on configuration, the MT 5500 can produce flow rates to 600 gpm.

MT 5000 – A two-train, high-flow trailer with nominal 5 million grain capacity. This trailer offers 300 gpm per train (total 600 gpm).

MT 4500 – A four-vessel trailer, SAC-WBA-SBA-MB with flows to 200 gpm and capacities up to 4 million grains on certain feed waters. This trailer is ideally suited for water with high free mineral acidity.

MT 3000 – A three-vessel trailer, SAC-SBA-MB with a nominal 3 million grain capacity and flow rates to 200 gpm.
