We have manufactured numerous skimmers for bulk oil and grease removal prior to our downstream flotation polishing units. Skimmers are offered in various sizes and in three basic designs; horizontal, vertical and spherical. These skimmers are ideally suited to smooth liquid surges resulting in greater operating efficiency of downstream treatment equipment. DGF flotation technology is also offered in skimmers, aiding in removal efficiency.
Skimmers are offered in a wide array of construction materials and can be designed to handle various contaminates. Vertical skimmers can be manufactured with a conical bottom in the event produced sands or other materials are expected to be encountered. In addition, the vertical skimmers are our most compact unit, minimizing the amount of platform space required. Horizontal skimmers offer the greatest gravitational removal efficiency due to greater interface area.

Corrugated Plate Interceptors (CPIs)
Our CPI system incorporates a series of corrugated plate packs installed at various angles, aligned at close tolerances, thus optimizing settling area. The system can be manufactured in either pressurized or atmospheric configurations and has the ability to effectively remove oil droplets of 50 microns or greater.
CPI units allow removal of oil and grease bulk contamination in addition to any produced solids encountered. Advantages include no moving parts and low operating cost, plus little to no chemical additives are required.
Sump Tanks
Our sump tanks allow an economical method to collect and treat water from drainage sumps; oily water runoff and equipment drain headers. Sump tanks come in various sizes and configurations to accommodate specific needs. Sumps are typically equipped with dual centrifugal sump pumps, control panel and level switch activation. In addition, the tanks are equipped with oil skimmer weir system and oil transfer pumps. Our patented DGF technology, for maximum removal of oil and grease contamination, is also available.
