Permutit Power Products provides various engineering services as part of equipment supply, or independently to our Nuclear Plant Customers.
Services Offered are: - Orifice plate bore and size recalculations, both for flow and pressure restriction.
- Flow curves for Permutit supplied equipment (Steam and Feedwater flow)

Venturis and other flow devices
This includes Flow, temperature / pressure correction curves. Permutit has maintained the records for all flow elements provided to the nuclear plants, and can retrieve data and records as necessary in most cases, to update them or to provide theoretical correction factors. - Seismic and structural analysis
This can be for existing or new flow related equipment. The calculations are done in accordance to ASME / ANSI codes as maybe necessary, or applicable to a particular nuclear plant.The Permutit Power products group has certified professional engineers that can perform the analysis meeting the requirements of ASME code Sect. III, and other ANSI codes. 
Computer Generated Stress Analysis - Review of critical Flow data
This includes verifying the suitability of cavitating venturis or other non moving flow limiting devices for critical line and boiler or tank rupture conditions.
