The RJ-2000-Bulk system is designed to treat the release of chlorine or other toxic gases in excess of 3 tons, and satisfy all Uniform Fire Code requirements. Systems for as large as 100 tons of chlorine have been built.

Each system consists of the following major system components:
- Three Stage FRP Scrubber System with Integral Mist Eliminator
- Seal-less Caustic Recirculation Pumps (Duty and Standby)
- FRP Air Exhaust Fan
- Instrumentation (Level Switch, Pressure Gauges)
- Control Panel with Transformer & Motor Starters
- FRP Caustic Bulk Storage Tank
The scrubber system is designed, fabricated and shipped as a SINGLE piece of unitary construction, and is mounted on top of the bulk caustic storage tank. The caustic recirculation pump and the air exhaust fan are mounted on top of the tank as well to minimize overall footprint and piping.
