    AquaCarb® 830 Coal-Based Granular Activated Carbon

    Westates™ brand AquaCarb® 830 is a high activity granular activated carbon media manufactured from select grades of bituminous coal. Ideally suited for the removal of organic contaminants from potable, waste and process waters.

    AquaCarb® 830 coal-based granular carbon
    AquaCarb® 830 is a high activity, 8 x 30 mesh size carbon manufactured by direct activation, they exhibit exceptional hardness and attrition resistance characteristics.  These high surface area, microporous carbons have been specifically developed for the removal of a broad range of organic contaminants from potable, waste and process waters. 

    All AquaCarb® activated carbons are extensively QA/QC tested at our state-certified environmental and carbon testing laboratory.  Our complete quality control analyses uses ASTM standard testing methods to assure the consistent quality of AquaCarb® products.
