VoCarb® P70 is a 4 x 6 mesh size, 4 mm diameter pellet shaped carbon.  The pellet shape allows for a low bed pressure drop even at high gas flow rates.  Being manufacutured from a high rank anthracite coal results in an inherently low ash content, making these carbons ideally suite for critical gas phase adsorption applications such as solvent recovery, VOC control in air strippers, control tank emissions, HVAC and odor control. 

VoCarb® P70 possess a higher surface area and macroporous pore structure when compared to the VoCarb® P60, thereby significantly increasing the VOC working capacity. The VoCarb® P70 is also highly retentive for preventing the desorption of previously adsorbed organic compounds. All VoCarb® activated carbons are extensively QA/QC tested at our state-certified environmental and carbon testing laboratory.  Our complete quality control analyses uses ASTM standard testing methods to assure the consistent quality of VoCarb® carbon products.
