With cost-effective prices, CT Series carbon towers are pre-engineered units that offer quick delivery and easy installation:

• Vessels designed for hot-water sanitization and steam vapor stripping with bottom and / or top entry for removing VOCs, such as trihalomethanes
• Standard system sizing based on 1 gpm per cubic foot service flow and a backwash rate near 2 gpm per cubic foot (depending on the carbon density and particle size)
• Advanced Johnson Screens internals to guarantee uniform distribution during draw-off and backwashing
• Scavenger screen ensures continuous, complete removal of condensate during steaming
• Choice of automated (PLC) or manual valves depending on the level of automation you want
• Availability of 316L or 304 stainless steel vessels and piping

Higher flow systems, manway types, temperature and control probes, special carbon attributes, sampling ports and finishes can be customized with minimal impact on delivery and cost.
