Envirex Diamond™ Membrane Air Diffuser

The Envirex Diamond™ membrane air diffuser is a breakthrough in fine bubble membrane technology.  The diffuser was specifically developed to address the short comings of typical membrane diffusers.

Diamond Diffuser

The membrane is custom formulated from an EPDM wastewater specific compound.

The tensile strength of this material is 50% greater than any current competitive alternative.  Lower soluble oil content in the raw material means an extended life for the membrane, and lower operating costs.

A new “Diamond Aperture Configuration” results in much higher oxygen transfer efficiency, as well as a wider operating airflow (up to 5 SCFM).  Headloss is also reduced.

The new Diamond™ Diffuser, has been designed to operate within the Envirex DualAir® fine bubble system.  The DualAir system has the most robust piping configuration and lowest installation cost of any 9” diffuser currently being marketed.

In addition, and due to built in flexibility and operability, the Diamond diffuser can be retrofitted into any existing 9” ceramic or membrane installation, regardless of brand.
