FlexDome™ Fine Bubble Diffuser

The FlexDome™ patented bolt-on design allows you to retrofit just your ceramic dome media, keeping the rest of the piping system intact. It offers dramatically decreased maintenance and downtime because its smooth outer surface, uniform bubble distribution and continuous flexing of the rubber membrane eliminates build-up.

The highly efficient FlexDome™ will cut your electric utility costs by 25-40 percent. The higher oxygen transfer efficiencies maintained over the long term will improve effluent quality and permit greater process flows.

Converting your existing ceramic coarse bubble domes to FlexDome™ is simple:

1. Remove the existing ceramic dome.
2. Install FlexDome™ base with mounting screw.
3. Install FlexDome™ diffuser membrane with lock ring.
