Rex-Flex™ Fine Bubble Membrane Diffuser

Rex-Flex™ fine bubble diffusers have excellent process aeration efficiency. When air is turned on, the membrane expands and rises off its seat and the apertures open to release a controlled, energy efficient stream of bubbles. Installation is easy and provides superior process flexibility while reducing energy costs.

Rex-Flex™ fine bubble membrane diffusers deliver consistent process aeration efficiency via periodic membrane flexing. Their special elastomeric formulation and careful manufacture endow each with superior endurance. The non-mechanical design feature prevents backflow and system contamination under virtually all conditions. The membranes can flex up to four inches high, an asset to their self-cleaning capabilities.
