Jet Mixing Systems

Jet mixing nozzles from Siemens Water Technologies are a single-phase submerged mixing device which does not introduce oxgyen during its mixing action.

Jet Mixing System
There are no moving parts within the jet mixing nozzle with several nozzles typically installed along a header system.  Both the header and nozzles are constructed of fiberglass reinforced plastic for strength and corrosion resistance.  We offer several sizes to choose from for the particular type of mixing application desired.

Jet mixing nozzles have been used in various applications and can be used alone or added to jet aeration nozzles on the same header to increase mixing intensity.   Jet mixing nozzles are also installed in anaerobic digesters to gently stir the contents of the basin.  Other applications include, radial jet clusters, flow equalization basins and storm water overflow basins to keep solids in suspension so they do not settle out before discharge to the activated sludge treatment plant.
