    Encore® 100 Mechanical Actuated Diaphragm Metering Pump

    The Wallace & Tiernan® Encore 100 Diaphragm Metering Pump combines the robustness of hydraulic diaphragm drives with the unparalleled economy, simplicity, and serviceability of mechanical diaphragm liquid ends.

    Encore 100 Diaphragm Metering Pump

    The Encore® 100 is a mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump. Its robust gear box and precision engineered liquid end are less sophisticated than hydraulic diaphragm pumps but is just as durable.

    Repeatable accuracy is +/- 2% of full scale, at constant hydraulic conditions. Feed rate is infinitely adjustable from 0-100% over a 10:1 range. This is extendable to 20:1 when utilizing an optional variable speed DC motor.

    Control modes for the pump are manual; start stop control; remote manual; SCR variable speed; flow proportional; direct residual and compound loop.
