    OSEC® B Series On-Site Electrolytic Chlorination

    The OSEC® B Series on-site electrolytic chlorination sytems produce sodium hypochlorite on-demand, on-site through the electrolysis of a brine solution.

    OSEC® B Series
    The OSEC® B Series systems are of tubular design and provide production of sodium hypochlorite solution from salt, water and electricity. This eliminates dependance on commercial chlorine suppliers and the problems inherent in the transport and handling of bulk hypochlorite. Additionally, OSEC® systems can significantly lower operating costs, as well as disinfection by-products compared to the use of bulk hypochlorite. Operation is completely automatic, making the OSEC® B Series systems ideally suited for remote or unmanned locations.

    • Major generator components are pre-piped and mounted on a coomon pedestal for ease on installation
    • Electrolyzer and generator are NSF ANSI-standard 61 certified for use in drinking water system
    • Positive hydrogen gas dilution and removal
    • Safety alarm interlock are standard
    • Log life anodes with a seven year warranty
    • PLC-based control panel with graphic interface for operator convenience
    • Economical, reliable, low maintenance operation
