    Quality Assurance & Environmental Management

    As a world leader in Electro-Chemistry systems; through innovative progressive research, design and in-house manufacture of electrochemical equipment to specification, on time with compliant documentation, one of the company goals is to deliver excellence and repeatable performance by quality assurance and management of the environment.

          

    The products are manufactured to worldwide recognized standards. Our manufacturing sites include in-house teams of process and detail design engineers, procurement and inspection personnel and qualified mechanical and electrical fitters and technicians. The project teams have dedicated responsibilities to each major contract, with strict procedural control.

    All Chloropac orders are handled and controlled by company and department procedures, in accordance with quality assurance policy, which are compliant with the international standard of ISO 9001.

    Quality assurance accreditations are MIL45208, ISO 9001:2000, and ATEX certification.

         

    Quality assurance is well established within our company since early 1980’s for manufacture of CHLOROPAC. Please refer to the quality assurance policy and manual. A customer quality audit of our manufacturing facility is welcome.

    A program of quality assurance auditing is carried out each year.

    Environmental Management

    Electrocatalytic has developed the company environmental policy and manual and environmental assurance is managed within the auspices of the Quality Department.

    A program of environmental auditing is carried out each year.

    Environment

    Safe to the environment - Chloropac is a natural way to produce sodium hypochlorite, for prevention of bio fouling in cooling water systems, which will revert back to seawater naturally at the outfall.
