Custom Sulfuric Acid Feed Skid

The Sulfuric Acid Feed Skid is engineered for dual chemical feed applications. The skid is designed with two primary DC motor driven pumps and a third backup pump. A flow sensor monitors the discharge of each pump. A visual alarm is activated with loss of flow of either pump. Under no flow conditions, the automatic switch over circuit opens the proper motorized ball valve and energizes the output to power the backup pump.

The system is mounted on a polypropylene base with a common suction line and seperate discharge connections. All plumbing, including the isoltaion valves, is constructed of PVDF. Back pressure valves and pressure relief valves are also included. A 500mL calibration cylinder is supplied to confirm dosage rates.

The NEMA 4X enclosure is mounted on the skid with Hand-Off-Auto switches and status lights for each pump. The motors are connected to a SCR drive allowing variable speed control via input signals.
