KF Series Multimedia Filters

Multimedia filters are highly efficient at removing suspended solids from water. As water flows downward through the bed, it encounters layers of filtration media with decreasing porosity. Successively smaller particles are then trapped in each layer, thus providing true depth filtration. Multimedia filters are also sometimes referred to as dual media, anthracite, granular media, multi-layer or pressure filters.

Units are ideal for removing suspended solids
KF Series multimedia filters are ideal for commercial and light industrial filtration applications where the advantages of a lightweight, corrosion-resistant FRP pressure vessel and cost-effective top mounted valve are desirable.
