    VP Series Carbon Filters

    Carbon filters are ideal for filtering chlorines, organics, chloramines, colors, odors, trihalomethanes (THMs), tastes and VOC’s. Units are sometimes referred to as activated carbon or coal filters, carbon adsorbers, coconut shell filters, organic traps and carbon towers or purifiers.

    VP Series Carbon Filters

    VP Series systems are rugged, pre-engineered, pre-assembled units that minimize installation and start-up costs.  Ideal for boiler feed, process water or rinse water applications, VP Series carbon filters cost-efficiently and reliably remove chlorine and organics from your feedwater.  They can also remove: 

    • Chloramines
    • Colors
    • Odors
    • Trihalomethanes (THMs)
    • Tastes
    • VOCs

    • Long life and durability ensured by the Schedule 40 galvanized piping
    • Extended vessel life provided by the standard epoxy or optional baked PVC internal and external coatings
    • Enhanced corrosion resistance provided by the optional Schedule 80 PVC piping
