After years of usage, the internals and distribution systems may need repairs, replacement or an overall upgrade. Our Engineered Parts and Services (EP&S) group is dedicated to fulfilling all your internals, distribution systems, custom engineered parts and service requirements. 

Consisting of a series of screened laterals attached to either a central header or hub, the distribution assemblies provide uniform flow through treatment media at a wide range of rates and for a variety of vessel sizes and shapes. 


Our distributors and internals can be used within any water treatment manufacturers:

• Two bed deionizers (also called separate beds)
• Mixed bed deionizers
• Filters
• Softeners (also called sodium zeolite softeners or water conditioners)
• Condensate polishers

Many design options are available to achieve uniform, controlled plug flow and collection within your deionization, filtration, softening and condensate polishing equipment. For example, we can vary the number and spacing of the laterals or strainers, the slot size, diameter and length to achieve the flows you require. For particular process chemistries or conditions, our screen assemblies can be made from nearly any weldable metal, including various grades of stainless steel and exotic alloys and plastics.

We can also provide the internals used within deaerating heaters, degasifiers, decarbonators and precipitators. Internals include bushings, Chevron tube settlers, nozzles, packing, pillow blocks, shafts, socket agitator arms, spray valves, trays and a wide variety of other parts.
