Features and Benefits

Our replacement parts and components are durably constructed and known for long-term dependability.  Some of our replacement internals for precipitators:

Some of the benefits of adding a new precipitator:

• Low turbidity effluent which is virtually always superior to the effluent from conventional clarifiers/softeners
• More efficient chemical utilization because of the action of the suspended sludge in the mixing zone and upflow through the sludge blanket
• Complete mixing of the water, chemicals and sludge by the large, slow moving agitator blades
• Longer filter runs and lower treatment costs as the low turbidity effluent from the precipitator places little load on downstream filters
