Consistent Cleaning with In-bed Air Wash Grids

General Filter In-bed Air Wash Grids provide a high quality, low-cost air distribution system that effectively distributes air throughout the entire filter bed during backwash. Standard construction is PVC with optional stainless steel construction. Works well to retrofit an existing water only wash granular media filter.

    In-bed air wash grids are used in new construction or to retrofit gravity and pressure filters for air scour capability. The air wash grid is placed at the gravel/media interface.  Corrosion resistant materials of construction are used to minimize maintenance.
