VP Series Two Bed Deionizers

VP Series two bed deionizers are a pre-engineered line of equipment with the flexibility to meet a wide range of demineralization (DI) requirements.

Ideal for boiler feed water, process water or rinse applications

VP Series two beds (also referred to as separate beds) are designed and manufactured for light to medium industrial applications.  The rugged, pre-engineered, pre-assembled, standardized units minimize expensive installation and start-up costs.  VP Series two bed deionizers consist of an acid regenerated cation vessel piped in series with a caustic regenerated anion vessel.  Units provide high-quality water over the length of the service cycle and have flow rates ranging from 10 to 220 gpm.  Operating conditions and an influent water analysis are required for predicting effluent quality and total volume of water treated before regeneration is required.

Our extensive option packages allow tailoring the units to your precise requirements.  Units are commonly used for boiler feedwater, process water or rinse water applications.
