    VP Series Mixed Bed Deionizers

VP Series mixed bed deionizers are designed and manufactured for commercial and light to medium industrial applications. They are rugged, pre-engineered, pre-assembled, standardized units that minimize expensive installation and start-up costs. The VP Series is a truly reliable water treatment system, as its simple design maximizes the efficiency and repeatability of the unit during the service and regeneration modes.

    VP Series Mixed Bed Deionizers

VP Series mixed bed deionizers are pre-engineered units typically used for boiler feedwater, process water or rinse water applications.  Units consist of a single vessel that contains both cation and anion ion exchange resins.  The cation resin is a strong acid type and the anion is a strong base, Type II resin.

VP Series mixed bed deionizers provide high-quality water over the length of the service cycle.  Operating conditions and an influent water analysis are typically required for predicting the effluent quality and total volume of water treated before regeneration is required.  The VP Series has extensive options that allow tailoring of the units to your precise requirements.
