    Inclined Plate Settler Package Units

Inclined plate settler package units reduce plant footprint by 90% compared to conventional clarifier plants.

    Inclined Plate Separator Package Units

The General Filter Inclined Plate Settler Package Unit is designed to remove and thicken suspended and flocculated solids from waters and wastewaters in one complete system while also reducing turbidities.  The basic system consists of rapid mixing and flocculation tanks, followed by an inclined plate section with either a sludge thickener or a sludge hopper located underneath.

General Filter Inclined Plate Settler Package Units provide a pre-engineered solution for a variety of clarification applications including:

    • Surface water treatment
    • Groundwater metals removal
    • Filter/membrane backwash water treatment
    • Membrane pretreatment
    • Phosphorous removal
    • Industrial applications

Flow rates range from 15 gpm to several MGD in multiple units.
