Centrapac™ System Components

Centrifuge: The heart of the Centrapac system is the Centramax centrifuge, the most efficient, highest performing centrifuge in its class.

Feed Pump: A positive displacement feed pump is matched to the application and controlled via a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) through the centralized Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

Polymer Unit: The polymer unit meters, mixes, and delivers polymer at the optimum dosage to obtain maximum system performance and efficiency.

Control Panel: The control panel provides control of all operational parameters for complete system automation. All functions such as sludge feed rate, bowl speed, scroll differential speed, and polymer flow rate are displayed on a color touch screen for simplified operator viewing. A modem for remote support, diagnostics, and program updates is also included.

Solids Conveyor: The shaftless screw conveyor provides reliable conveyance of dewatered solids from the centrifuge to a bin or truck.  The conveyor can also be configured for multiple discharge points for even distribution of the solids in the dewatered solids container.
