Crown® Disintegration System

The Crown® Disintegration System increases the gas yield from the anaerobic digester by as much as 30%.  At the same time, it reduces sludge for disposal by up to 20%, thus drastically lowering disposal costs.

Crown Disintegration System

The patented process uses cell lysis technology to break down sludge at the cellular level. By actually rupturing the cell structure. 

The Crown® system is a natural for users that already have anaerobic sludge digestion systems and high volume biogas end users.  State-funded green energy incentives or other tax incentives may be available to help off-set upgrade costs.  In some states, municipalities are able to negotiate better prices with generating utilities by producing energy and feeding it back into the electric power grid.

Municipalities with high sludge hauling costs will also realize major economic savings from using the system. Plus, plants with significant digestion foaming problems will reap major benefits, as the unique disintegration process disrupts filament-building microorganisms.
