The J-Vap® system performs dewatering and drying in one system using a filter press with vacuum drying.

J-Vap Dewatering and Drying System
The J-VAP® dewatering and drying system allows you to obtain cake solids of over 95% in a simple one-step operation.
- Vacuum and low temperature hot water – 150 to 180° F (65 to 82°C) – are used in combination to provide energy efficient drying.
- Select desired moisture content up to 99% solids.
- Cake removal from the system is clean and efficient.
- Customize your drying process, and the quality of your end product.
